Carlos is a Consultant at Navix, a leading firm in Exit Planning, and the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of CDuno Coaching and Consulting (since 2004). From 2006 to 2019 he co-owned The Hire Firm, the leading Executive Recruiting and Staffing firm in Northern New Mexico.
From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Duno served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Clean Fuels Technology, a leading developer of emulsified fuels for transportation and power generation applications. He served for six years as President of Business Development and Planning for Vitro S.A., a $2.1 billion global glass company headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico. Carlos’ earlier professional experience included Vice President of Strategic Planning as well as head of a $650 million business unit, with full P&L responsibility, for Scott Paper Company. Prior to that, Carlos spent several years with McKinsey & Co. and Eli Lilly.
Carlos and his wife Barbara live in Santa Fe, NM and enjoy taking care of their 5 dogs, reading and listening to classical music, as well as volunteering in the local community.
